The service
DigitalCoachingBusiness OS is provided by BusinessMunim Digital Solutions LLP, Dhanbad, India. These terms explain use of the public website, demo and any enabled workspace features. Contact [email protected] for support or questions.
Demo and feature availability
The free demo uses fictional business records with the branding you provide. A demo interaction is not a real customer message, payment, webinar registration or business transaction. Live features are available only when explicitly enabled in your workspace. Preview labels and integration setup requirements describe the current availability.
Your account and business data
Provide accurate account details and protect your sign-in. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You retain ownership of the business data and branding you provide and allow us to process them to deliver the service. You are responsible for having permission to upload that data and communicate with your customers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unsolicited messaging, impersonation, unauthorized account access or attempts to disrupt the service. Do not upload secrets into sample record fields. We may restrict access when needed to investigate misuse or protect accounts and data.
Integrations and paid services
External services require your own account, authorization and any provider charges. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers. Paid platform checkout is not enabled at this stage. Displayed plans describe intended packaging; no subscription is purchased through a disabled or coming-soon checkout.
Business decisions and service changes
You are responsible for reviewing records, recommendations and proposed actions before relying on them. The software does not guarantee revenue, advertising results or uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops. Keep appropriate copies of important business records and contact support for account closure or data requests.
