Who operates this service
DigitalCoachingBusiness OS is operated by BusinessMunim Digital Solutions LLP, Dhanbad, India. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, email [email protected].
Information we collect
When you start a demo, we store your name, email address, business name, chosen colour, uploaded logo and demo activity. The platform administrator can review demo signups. Sample leads, sales and learning records in the demo are fictional.
If you sign in with Google, we use your Google account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information to establish your account. Signing in does not give us access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.
For enabled live workspaces, we store the business records you submit, workspace membership and permissions, and an audit history of important changes. If you authorize an integration, its consent screen explains the requested permissions. Connection credentials are stored encrypted on the server.
How information is used
When a business enables learning, we store course enrolments, lesson completion, submitted assignments and teacher feedback. The course team can review its learners' records. Course community posts are visible to current enrolled learners and the course team; assignment answers and feedback are private to the learner and authorized course managers. Enrolment does not subscribe a learner to marketing messages or grant access to the business's CRM.
We use this information to operate your account and workspace, display your branding, save your activity, enforce access permissions, provide support and protect the service. Starting a demo does not subscribe you to marketing email or WhatsApp messages.
Service providers and account connections
Hosting and infrastructure providers process data needed to run the service. During the hosting migration, these include OpenAI Sites and Hostinger. Cloudflare provides domain routing and website protection. Google processes your sign-in when you choose Google. Connected business services process information under their own policies and only for the features you authorize.
We do not sell personal information. Google account information is used for sign-in and account management, not advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Cookies, retention and your choices
We use essential cookies to maintain secure sign-in and demo sessions. We retain workspace and demo records while they are needed to provide the service, resolve support requests and maintain security and recovery records. Backups may retain earlier copies until they are replaced. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify your identity and workspace authority before acting.
You can sign out and revoke a connected service's authorization in that provider's account settings. Removing a connection from this app stops its local use; it may not revoke the provider's authorization or delete previously stored workspace records. The connection screen explains the available action.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encrypted connections and protected credentials to reduce risk. No online service can promise absolute security. We will update this notice when our data practices change and show the updated date here.
